What we collect
When you write to us or book, we keep your name, contact details, the dates and preferences you share, and the messages we exchange. We collect nothing else from this website beyond what your browser needs to show it.
Why we keep it
To answer your request, prepare your stay and meet the legal obligations of a Swiss hotel, such as guest registration. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
How long
Booking records are kept for as long as Swiss law requires. Enquiries that did not become a stay are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR. Write to us and we will reply within thirty days.
