Terms of stay
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once reception has replied in writing with your rate and dates. Rates are per room per night in Swiss francs, include breakfast and VAT, and exclude the local tourist tax.
Changes and cancellation
You may change or cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival. After that, the first night is charged. Over Christmas and New Year the free cancellation period is thirty days, and the minimum stay is five nights.
Arrival and departure
Rooms are ready from 15:00 on the day of arrival and should be left by 11:00 on the day of departure. We keep your luggage and give you the spa until you leave.
Children and pets
Children of every age are welcome; cots are free. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Lake and Arve rooms for CHF 35 per night.
The house
Insaint Moritz is a non-smoking hotel, including balconies. Ski boots stay in the ski room, where they will be warm in the morning.
